- G. Loomis Float Reel -



The G. Loomis float reel is elegantly machined in the classic design and features an attractive antique gold anodized finish. The spool is exceptionally free running making for deadly drag free drifts, cast after cast. It features the classic low reel foot design as well as two wooden handles for easy turning and good grip. The spool can be removed with a Phillips screw driver (not included) in case your favourite steelhead haunt is also famous for its dirty, muddy stream bed.



The G. Loomis is equipped with an excellent anti-reverse mechanism so you can lock the spool when travelling or when you're setting up your rig on the river. Remember it is not meant to be used as a drag when fishing.
